3 or 6 pieces of boneless free-range chicken legs (thighs + drumstick) marinated in soy, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, calamansi then grilled over charcoal before freezing to preserve freshness.
Dipping Sauce Included: fresh calamansi, chilli, and soy sauce on the side.
- Defrost in refrigerator overnight.
- Reheat in the microwave, fry-pan, grill, or the oven until temperature reaches 75°C (165°F)
