Inihaw (BBQ) Feasts: Filipino authentic grilled meats/mushrooms served over our signature garlic fried rice. “The Skewers” are tender pork marinated in a sweet and savoury Filipino bbq sauce. “Chicken Inasal” is boneless chicken legs (thighs and drumsticks) marinated in soy, garlic, ginger, lemongrass grilled over charcoal. “Vegan Shrooms Skewers” are organic King Oyster mushrooms marinated in the authentic Filipino bbq used for the skewers.
